On July 23rd 2019 (a Tuesday!) this amazing couple became Husband and Wife. Working with Kristen & Jaden was a dream from the get go. They are both so kind, and both love Jesus so very much and work to make Him the centre of their marriage. It was honestly such a huge privilege to capture their wedding. Grateful then, and grateful now that you trusted me with your day Kristen & Jaden!
One of the highlights for me this day was getting to know the brides family as they came from out of town. Her sisters are both so sweet and lovely and were mildly entertained by my strange sense of humour and were always giggling at my jokes. If you want to make me feel awesome about myself just laugh at me. Haha.
Also her parents have such a sweet marriage. They played the newlywed game at their reception and her parents just knew EVERYTHING about each other and answered so many of the questions word for word. It was amazing. Like actually amazing. I think there’s something so beautiful about love within a marriage that involves truly knowing your spouse and their hearts desires. Kristen’s parents have that, and it was beautiful to witness.
I have grown to know and love the grooms family around church for years and they are all so very great and genuinely caring people! You’ll have to scroll to the bottom to see the moment where Jaden dips his mom during their dance together and nearly takes out my second shooter! Haha!
