Ohhh my dear friends Hayley & Gavin. It was such an honour to be one of 8 people at this wedding! A pandemic wedding that was meant to be held at the Sea to Sky Gondola…. and then the Gondola wire was cut 4 days before their wedding. It was unbelievable…. but some wonderful friends through our church offered up their incredible patio space for their wedding. It was replanned in 3 days. When I think back to those three days it was so stressful and I wasn’t even the one getting married!! I was able to have Michael Fels come and do Hayley’s makeup at our new getting ready location: my home that I had moved into 2 weeks before. I was the wedding photographer, the getting ready host, the chauffeur, the coordinator, and the professional 3rd wheel for this wedding and I wouldn’t have had it any other way haha. <3 Love you Johnston’s!
And look! It all worked out for the best! These two are married and now they have an amazing baby boy together. Can’t wait to hear him talk and see whether he has an Irish accent like his Dad or an English accent like his Mum! Haha Happiest 2nd Wedding Anniversary Hayley & Gavin!
